Some parents opt against having a smash cake at their child’s one year session. I have yet had a smash cake that was completely demolished! You always think that the babies are going to dive right in and have cake thrown every where, that has never been the case for me! Little Miss Scarlett was a surprise though! She didn’t really make too much of a mess with the cake, but she was shoveling it into her mouth as fast as she could. I guess that is what happens when you are the youngest of four! Gotta act fast before someone else reaches over and takes it…HA!
